Architectural Concept (Visionary Phase) — BIM LOD 100
We support developers and project owners in making well-informed decisions through comprehensive economic and engineering studies that reduce risks and enhance project success. This includes preparing tender documents starting from the project’s initial concept.
Preliminary Design (Schematic Design) — BIM LOD 200
Transforming the investment idea into an architectural concept that is ready for development and execution, while coordinating the relationship between form, function and cost.
Detailed Design (Ready for Tender / Design Development) — BIM LOD 300
Completing integrated engineering studies required to obtain official permits, while minimizing clashes between the four main engineering disciplines (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical) before starting construction.
Construction Coordination (Clash Detection & Coordination) — BIM LOD 350-400
Preparing precise execution drawings that enable the contractor to build on site without conflicts or costly errors. This includes coordination among the four main disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical).
Shop Drawings (Fabrication & Execution) — BIM LOD 400
Preparing detailed shop drawings and full technical details to ensure accurate execution and fabrication of elements. This includes architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical works, ensuring quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Technical Office & Technical Support (Technical Office) — BIM Support
Providing technical support during the execution of real estate developments. Our team monitors all stages of construction to ensure adherence to execution drawings and approved standards issued by the owner or consultant.
Final Engineering Drawings (As-Built / Facility Management) — BIM LOD 500
Digital documentation of the project as executed, ready for operation and facility management. Includes post-construction drawings for operation and maintenance purposes.
